1. Consulting Services
Payments made for consulting, project management, strategy sessions, or advisory services are non‑refundable once the service has been delivered or work has begun.

2. Deposits and Retainers
Any deposit or retainer paid to secure services is non‑refundable, as this payment reserves time and resources specifically for your project.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Sessions canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Project‑Based Work
For ongoing or long‑term projects, refunds are not provided for work already completed. If a project is terminated early, you will be responsible for payment for all work performed up to the cancellation date.

5. Digital Deliverables
Any digital documents, reports, templates, or materials delivered as part of our services are non‑refundable once provided.

6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and correct any mistakes.
